Guesthouse Inn & Suites Pico Rivera

This hotel was very nice. It was my first night in a hotel by myself and I felt very comfortable. The rooms and the bathrooms were clean, it had a well lit parking lot, and the staff was friendly. The furniture was also in very good condition. I liked it so much, I stayed two nights. The only problem was the group meeting in one of the halls. There was a speaker on a microphone and I could hear him from my room. The door to the facility was open and as I walked by I saw all these banners hanging up. They were written in Spanish so I could not understand what they said, but one did have 666 on it. We enjoyed out stay. Staff was friendly and room was clean and comfortable.

Breakfast from 0630 till 1000, but no refills. So, I tried to have breakfast twice at about 0830 and 0900: Nothing, they were not able to serve any kind of breakfast.

Courteous staff, room was clean and everything worked fine. Pool area is clean and operational. Nice small patio area next to pool. Jacuzzi worked fine but water was a little too lukewarm. Nice service and nice hotel to stay.

Comfortable, clean, nice pool outdoor. The staff not friendly. We came to eat our breakfast, and the staffs sit there and didn't let us to sit and eat our breakfast. We just stand there and eat. We felt very bad and finally we paid the money. ...read more

It is in a location plenty close enough to Disney and Universal. It was clean, well maintained. There is a mini-fridge in the rooms, great for traveling families. The staff is courteous and helpful. The only downside is the area it is in is not the best part of town, but it really isn't bad. There is a Starbuck's across the street so how bad could it be? ...read more

The reservation system was totally bad. We had confirmed our reservation earlier that day and had informed them we will be checking in late, but when we arrived we did not have any room in our name. Finally after waiting for half an hour around midnight we were given rooms. The next day when we handed over the keys to check out we were told that the system shows that, we have checked out earlier. Hence they were unable to give us a printed receipt for our room reservation. The continental breakfast had nothing, except for some orange juice and some chocolate chip cookies. Surprised at the new and clean and big rooms with quiet zircon. Lots of parking and off freeway. Breakfast could be better and lobby is small.
